The Club is made up of Associate Members, who are invited to attend the General Assembly, and Full Members.

How does the General Assembly work?
The General Assembly is the sovereign authority of the Association. In particular, it approves the accounts for the previous financial year and the proposed budget for the coming financial year.

It elects the members of the Board of Directors for a three-year term. They may be re-elected once.
What does the Board of Directors do?
The Board of Directors elects the President and the Secretary General from among its members. It also appoints from within its ranks an Executive Committee, which acts in an advisory capacity.

The Board of Directors is vested with the broadest powers to carry out all acts of administration or disposal relating to the Club. It entrusts the day-to-day management to a General Manager, supported by the Executive Committee.
